Plans

Every plan includes AI-assisted setup, PostgreSQL & ClickHouse connections, and the Inbox.

Checks — the number of checks in the organization. When you hit the limit, creating another is blocked until you upgrade or delete one.
Connections — the number of database connections (data sources).
Minimum interval — the fastest schedule a check can run on. A 1-minute check needs the Team plan.

Limits are per organization, not per user.

Go to Settings → Billing.

Upgrade to Starter / Team — opens Stripe checkout. After payment you’re returned to the app and the new limits apply immediately.
Manage Subscription — opens the Stripe customer portal to update your card, change plan, or cancel.
Downgrade to Free — available from the portal. If you’re over the Free limits after downgrading, existing checks keep running, but you can’t create new ones until you’re back under the limit.

The Current Usage card on the same page shows how many checks and connections you’ve used against your plan.

Letting Alertee’s agent author or review a managed check uses a daily generation allowance, separate from your check and connection limits:
